AUDIO: Vinyl Theatre – “Masterpiece”
Milwaukee natives Vinyl Theatre are forging ahead before releasing their upcoming third full-length, “Starcruiser”, with a brand new single, “Masterpiece”. The track was released last week, in conjunction with the announcement of the upcoming “Starcruiser” Tour, which will feature support from Royal Teeth & The Catching this fall. The song is Vinyl Theatre at it’s purest, combining Keegan Calmes’ dreamy delivery with a buzzing, synth-laden undertone. The band is in the process of a step in a new direction, as new members of the Outerwave Records roster, and the album will likely push that direction for the band even further. You can check out “Starcruiser” this fall, and the band will be swinging through The Rave on September 29th, but for now, check out “Masterpiece” below:
