Sleeplust is a Los Angeles based band with a knack for making some high quality indie pop. The band is the project of twin brothers Michael and Joseph Pepe, drummer Sarah Luffred, and there are local ties as well, as vocalist Amber Ruthe is originally from Milwaukee. While several singles are already out from the band, “Unfiltered” is a powerful introduction to the band, with the potential for a serious impact on top 40 radio by the time that their debut project is released.
