Marielle Allschwang has made a habit of turning heads with her music. Today, she continues to do that, with two new tracks, “Marcus & Ramona”, and “Married”. The first track is a bit on the slower side, but a worthwhile showcase of Allschwang’s, low, booming vocals that captivate at will. “Married” falls more along the lines of americana than folk, and is driven by a steady back beat courtesy of backing band The Visitations. If you haven’t heard Marielle Allschwang yet, this is a great place to start, and it seems safe to say that this pair of tracks will turn into something bigger in the near future.
