Shle Berry had a pretty standout 2017, including the release of her “Yellow Streak” project, and she’s hitting the ground running in 2018 with her new track, “Wrong Way”. Produced by Canis Major, Shle lets the beat take her in two different directions on this track; with strong delivery on verses, and a smoothly sung hook. She’s also not shy in her lyricism, facing criticism head on, including bars about being pigeonholed as an LGBT artist or being a female rapper. It’s a strong track from a strong artist, and from the sound of things, Shle is blowing doors all the way open this year. Check out “Wrong Way” below:
