It’s been a little bit since we’ve heard from SGOD Jayy (formerly known as Jus Jayy), but he’s back in a major way with his new album, “MODE”. This is a major step forward for Jayy, and he brings along a whole team of talented Milwaukee artists on the project, as well. Features from Phif, K Mitch, CamBurn, King Henry, Genesis Renji, CT, and K.I.D. add another dimension to the album, but the features and production are done in a way that doesn’t really detract from the main artist, maintaining an album feel instead of a mixtape sound. Overall, this is a high quality release from Jayy, and we’ll look to see where it propels him going forward. Check out “MODE” below:
