VIDEO: kill.dawn – “motocross”

kill.dawn’s new track “motocross” is intoxicating underground rap at its most potent, fittingly accompanied by a music video shot around the Harley-Davidson Museum. The Milwaukee rapper has an undeniable knack for woozy, melodic flows, and his latest might be one of his best. Over a murky, nocturnal beat, he finds his pocket and doesn’t let it slip from his grasp – effortlessly rolling through a verse that never lets up, with plenty of great lines in tow (“livin’ my life, I might need an award / I just went indie like Kendrick Lamar”). The video for the track was co-directed by the artist and Run Along Forever’s Nolan Busalacchi, following the rapper on a late-night haunt of the Harley-Davidson Museum and along an icy Milwaukee River.
