VIDEO: RPS Tarzs x RPS Mone x RPS Jaylen – “Day Night Shift”

Milwaukee’s RPS camp is running the clock — and this time, they’re running it around the clock. RPS Tarzs, RPS Mone, and RPS Jaylen link up for “Day Night Shift,” a three-headed cut that packs the entire RPS ethos into one crisp visual. Shot by RayShotItProductions, the video keeps things clean, cinematic, and street-level, letting each artist step forward with their own flavor while never breaking the pocket the trio has built together.

Tarzs, who’s been quietly stacking co-signs after the mood-drenched “Backed Up” earlier this year, sets the tone with the kind of grounded, no-nonsense delivery that’s become his calling card. Mone slides in next, adding melodic weight and a bit of swagger to remind everyone why his features have been a fixture on RPS releases dating back to the 2025 Tarzs collab “Painting.” Then Jaylen — fresh off his own EP “Around the City” — closes things out with the punch and precision he flashed on standouts like “Out da cut” and “Session.”

What makes “Day Night Shift” work is the chemistry. This isn’t a posse cut where three artists take turns and hope it lands; it’s a group of guys from the same block, on the same wave, trading bars like they’ve been rehearsing them in the studio all week. RayShotItProductions matches that energy behind the lens, framing the trio with the same cinematic patience he brought to the “Backed Up” visual — proving once again he’s one of the most reliable eyes in Milwaukee’s indie-rap circuit.

If you’ve been sleeping on the RPS movement, this is a good place to clock in. Day shift, night shift — they’re covering all of it.
