Whiskey and the Devil are back this week with “mini Doom,” a high-octane release that sees the band return to form. The eight-track project showcases the band’s blend of gritty riffs and thunderous rhythms, keeping things extra heavy when the song calls for it. “Mini Doom” delivers anything but miniature sound—the production is massive, featuring walls of distorted guitars that wouldn’t sound out of place in the largest of venues.
