This past Friday, Subsad dropped a new single, “I Miss Who I Thought You Were,” that invokes elements of EDM, emo, and hip hop. Built on big synths and bigger emotions, the track is about wanting a different phase of a relationship, before ultimately realizing those days have passed. The video has Subsad on the snowy streets of Milwaukee, smoking cigs and thinking about the world while he delivers the track, all with the same aesthetics that make Run Along Forever videos stand out.
