Dee Jaye has a new video out, and she’s setting herself apart from the pack on “Outcast.” With a sample-driven beat, she’s showing and telling you how she moves differently in the RayShotIt-directed clip. The influence from a previous decade of hip hop is apparent, as she puts her confidence into her bars, and is focused on lyrically stunting instead of pushing negativity into the culture.
