Pm Dessy dropped new music over the weekend, and he’s outside while the weather is warm playing his “Summer Mix.” The project is 14 tracks of bouncing hip hop, with enough bass to rattle your trunk while you’re cruising the streets. Dessy’s flow, however, is more composed than your average underground hip hop artist, setting him apart from the pack. That being said, there’s still room for tracks like the Vanessa Carlton-sampling “Need You (Big Wham),” tailor-made for a twerk fest or the pool party.
