It’s a smooth love song this time around, with a low-key beat that lets Emrich’s hook do the heavy lifting with ease. He also brings the first verse, with finesse on his lines about wanting to get with a girl. Young Pink follows with rapid-fire raps, bringing a contrasting style but staying consistent with the feel of the song. “Sweet Thing” is definitely one you can chill to, and it’s another instance of a collaboration that feels like it goes together well organically.
