Fred The Black Kid, aka FTBK, has a new album out today, and he’s baring his soul on “Memoirs.” The title is fitting, as Fred tells his story across 10 tracks, unafraid of letting his feelings out. Whether he’s thinking about getting through the tough times, or just wishing he had a day off, he’s compelling here, and it’s the type of project that can be all too relatable. The production has a bit of a lo-fi appeal to it, and features from Keylime and Gloria V on “Solo” make for a track that will hit you at your core. “Memoirs.” is an impressive new addition from FTBK, and you can check it out here:
