54 Baby Trey has a new project out today, and he’s staying active on “In The Field.” With a gritty flow that has become his calling card, Trey takes tracks with lots of bounce and makes them feel dangerous. We get a dozen tracks of hyped up energy on this release, with no signs of slowing down either. There’s clever punchlines sprinkled into this one on just about every track, and while he’s rapping about how real it can get in the streets, Trey does have a charisma about him when he’s rapping about chasing down the opposition.
