PM Dessy kicked off the last month of the year with a seven-track EP, “Rookie.” The project is led by the title single, with Dessy explaining he’s a veteran in the streets, and he should be treated as such. He carries himself with a veteran swagger throughout the release, as well, with plenty of basketball references sprinkled into bars about running around in the streets.
