Vintage rockers Stone Theory released their sophomore single last month. With a psychedelic rumble, “I Am the Season” engulfs us with a thunderous, howling hook that sweeps in like a hurricane, which fits perfect with Kelly Cole’s lyrical themes of change and conquest. Guitarist Kade Kozak’s solo is inspired by that of Jimi Hendrix’s song “Fire” – and it absolutely rips.
