Singer-songwriter Laura Bomber is out with her debut EP. It’s three songs that show off different flavors of Bomber’s creative persona, encompassing elements of bossa nova, folk and pop. With “Ex-Lovers” Bomber reflects on what past relationships have taught her and that they’ll always be a part of who she is. “Sam’s Bossa Nova” touches on heartbreak and lovers leaving, followed by the grandiose anthem “Livin’ in It” which assures that life is yours for the taking in spite of what gets you down. “Sincerely, Not Yours” is a polished introduction to Laura Bomber’s layered style, and we look forward to hearing more from her in the future.
