Nalani’s got their debut EP out, produced by Daniel Paris. The four-song project contains two previously released singles plus two new ones. The first two songs, “Hopeless Lover” and “Across the Room”, find the artist singing of vulnerability and yearning against delicate curtains of strummed guitar. The next two, “Earth Angel” and “Everywhere I Go”, take a more upbeat pop approach with themes of euphoria and finding home. With their dazzling voice and while wearing their heart on their sleeve, Nalani brings “To Love Is To Grieve” as a bold, tender contemplation of love’s infallible power with all the fears, beauties and acceptances that come with it.
