Hip hop artists Heezy the Artist and Mic Kellogg teamed up for a new single recently. The rappers work with stripped-down production that favors a light acoustic guitar melody and gentle percussion, reflecting the song’s raw and sentimental nature. Heezy lays down bars where he’s talking to a girl whom he misses, wishing he could just prove to her how much he loves her. Kellogg jumps in with a verse where he’s sick of playing pick-and-choose with a girl and he’d rather just be left alone. While their situations are different, Heezy the Artist and Mic Kellogg come together authentically about the things they can’t change with “Another Day.”
