Punk rockers Wristwatch have unleashed a new album into the world out via No Coast. It’s twelve songs that rip and blaze with chaotic riffage, howling guitar solos, racing drums and Bobby Hussy’s high-spirited vocals. The band explains on Bandcamp that they wanted to get gnarlier and noisier with this one while staying true to their roots, channeling fierce attitude and dark lyrical headspaces with rock and roll proficiency. Wristwatch bring a rambunctious batch of songs while innovating their sound with “II.”
