AG Da Gift is back with a new single, and he tells a timeless tale on “Fuck A 9 to 5.” The song takes an incredibly smart approach to the strife of having to work a conventional job, rationalizing that we were put on earth to do more than pay bills and die. The self-produced track has a mellow feel in terms of the beat, but AG raps with intent as he talks about wanting to break out of the rut every worker goes through. There’s also insightful lyrics about creating your own hustle, and redefining what success actually can be for someone that has their plan in order.
