AUDIO: DC The Don – “Sacred Heart”
With horns blaring and a ball of energy in his verses, DC The Don is back with a new project, “Sacred Heart.” Encompassing 15 tracks in total, DC has a ton to get off of his chest, with lots of boastful tracks augmented by distorted beats and melodic flows. The sound is very contemporary, but there’s something to be said for the way that he fuses pop and hip hop together seamlessly. There’s a total sense of confidence when you hear DC rap on these tracks, as he talks about having money, cars, and girls like it’s second nature. DC The Don has created a lane for himself, and he’s riding in it comfortably here. Check out “Sacred Heart” below:
