Abby Jeanne is currently playing shows abroad right now, but the New York by-way-of-Milwaukee soul singer also released music while travelling. “Know Better” is an upbeat track with retro funk influences, with a bouncy feel to it. Like most tracks she releases, though, the focal point is Abby Jeanne’s voice, with strong, heartfelt runs built into the verses. “Know Better” feels like a modern take on the Motown sound, with a healthy dose of psychedelia thrown in for good measure.
