In terms of the what-have-you-done-for-me-lately underground Milwaukee rap scene, YPN Rex had a fairly lowkey year. That being said, he saved his strongest work for his October album, “4 The Streets.” The album has 12 songs of top-notch rap, with no shortage of quotable bars along the way. A host of features keep things varied, as well, with YPN Dougie, Mula Mar, and GBaby’s contributions standing out in particular. YPN Rex opted for quality over quantity this year, and that shows when you listen to “4 The Streets.” Check out the project below:
