AUDIO: Diallo, Ndiloma, Slang Troubadour, Police Create Hippies – “Grieve”
The Higher Education Records crew has some serious talent, and a new collaboration brings them together on one track. “Grieve” is a new song about responding to a difficult relationship, and features Diallo and Ndiloma of Rising Suns, as well as vocals from Slang Troubadour over a beat from new addition Police Create Hippies. The mid-tempo production with elements of trap in the beat works as a level playing field for each artist to utilize their own styles on the microphone. It all works as a showcase for the label, and you can get a sample of what they’re up to with the record below:
