AUDIO: Jonny T-Bird & The MPs – “Play Time”
There’s something that feels extra authentic about Jonny T-Bird & The MPs new album, “Play Time.” From the opening chords, the feeling of experiencing pure, roadhouse blues sets in. Over the course of ten tracks, Jonny and his band are tight, and put some top-tier skills on display. There is a jam session atmosphere to it all, though, living up to the album’s name. Guitar slinger solos abound on this record, and if you’re a fan of the tradition that the blues brings with it, you’ll love what the band is doing here. Check out “Play Time” below:
