Having a volume of work accumulate sometimes has good byproducts. In the case of David Lopez and LaaLow, it yielded their new album, “BYOB.” The duo started working on singles, but kept spending enough time in the studio to the point where they realized they may have at least an album of material from there. “BYOB” was born from there. Given that much of the material was intended to be one-off releases, Lopez and LaaLow look to maximize the impact on each track of the album.
