Taiyamo Denku, Son Em’ All and Reks all pull inspiration from the 1990s and earlier when it comes to their rhyming style, so it’s only fitting that they pay homage to the decade on a new single. The nostalgia references are aplenty on “1990s,” talking about all of the music that made them, the fashion styles that were trendy at the moment, and plenty more. If you lived through the decade, you’ll catch most of the references, but the verses go for deep cuts when they can find them as well. It’s a fun track, and one that lives in Denku and co.’s wheelhouse from a style perspectives. Check out “1990s” below:
