Traxx Sanders has a new project out, and he’s all about the stages of a relationship on “Skhizo.” In some ways, the track sequencing tells a story, starting with sensual tracks “Top Top” and “Neva Eva,” and quickly devolving into issues on “Set Her Free.” Breakup songs like “F You Very Much” are pretty self explanatory, and the album goes back into more love-oriented songs like the seductive “Drippin” before wrapping things up. While the narrative of the album may be turbulence, Sanders is smooth vocally, taking mellow production and bringing it to life. When an album has extra thought into the presentation as a whole, it shows, and that’s exactly the case on “Skhizo.” Check it out here:
