VIDEO: Mr. Nice Guy with Steven Pitzl
Our Music Director, Ben Slowey, is more than on top of the local music scene. In addition to his work for Breaking And Entering, he also hosts the Mr. Nice Guy podcast, an interview-based show that reaches out to Milwaukeeans for conversations about what motivates them. Many of these shows fittingly involve the local music scene, and we’ll be sharing some of them here as well.
Today, Ben talks with musician and producer Steven Pitzl, who works with N43 Records. He’s got two projects, Antics and Four Giants; the latter’s debut single “Ill Intentions” came out about a year ago. They discussed Steven’s inception into Milwaukee pop punk as a teenager, the rigorous but exciting lifestyle of touring, the typical workday of the busy producer, his current projects, and the opportunity of living in LA.
