Taiyamo Denku is on a never-ending quest to bring the real back in hip hop, and he does so yet again with his latest collaboration, “Calm But Collected” featuring Chris Rivers and Big Noyd. Produced by Bo Faat, the beat features some jazzy samples that are prime for any lyrical rapper to do their bidding on, and Denku, Rivers, and Noyd do not disappoint with their verses. One of the challenges of Denku’s frequent collaborations is often compiling the visual end of things, but CTM Films does just that, giving each emcee a glimpse into their hometowns for a true cypher-like posse cut.
