AUDIO: Juke Marciano – “Holy Per Usual”

Juke Marciano, aka Holy Daughter, has been steadily gaining traction for some time, and is one of Milwaukee’s most underrated emcees. That’s hopefully about to change, though, as today marks the release of her new project, “Holy Per Usual.” The eight-track project is full of crazy gospel samples and tough talk from Juke, who can get gritty with the best of them. From intro track “Holy Gospel” alone, you can draw comparisons to acts like Rhapsody and even a female Kendrick Lamar. From then on, Marciano brings out a lyrical onslaught, accented by features from AR Wesley, Kia Rap Princess, and Sharrod Sloans, all of whom match Juke’s energy. That’s high praise, but the Holy Daughter is used to things like that. Check out “Holy Per Usual” below:
