Noise project Citizen 2-13 is out with a new compilation of tracks from various splits Matt Michuda has done. They’re extended harsh cuts; the first track is from his split with The Smudge earlier this year. These are powerful, metallic pieces sure to positively stimulate anyone looking to lose themselves in static bliss – like each one is a different ocean of static. The twenty minute-long track “Horizon” is certainly a standout with its ambient, airy meditations that sound like crashing waves. It’s another great piece of output from the Milwaukee noise scene.
