The self-described “bar boogie” band put out a pair of new tracks, “Death of Me” and “I Don’t Mind”, and both are sure to get your feet moving and likely some beer flowing. The former is definitely the more radio-friendly of the two, with crisp horns, swelling organs and a groove that would make the Blues Brothers blush. “I Don’t Mind” is the higher energy of the pair, but both work well with each other to set the mood for what Hughes Family Band is all about.
