After some time away, the artist formerly known as Deth and Fushi is back, now under the moniker of Da Shi Gii. The new track and video is “Let Me Live”, which signals a return to the microphone for the Milwaukee artist. Produced by Spacecrime, the track is relatively mellow compared to earlier work, but carries a healthy amount of emotion to it. In some respects, it feels a little more genuine than most, as there’s pure catharsis in tracks like this. We’ll see if this sparks a full return, or what the next steps for the artist now known as Da Shi Gii are. Check out “Let Me Live” below:
