Milwaukee artist Joshua Jenkins is moving just a little bit differently these days. It feels like with every release, including his latest “Motel”, Jenkins is elevating his game on the microphone. The Mike Regal-produced single showcases that, and with the aid of a vintage-infused beat, we get to see the Milwaukee emcee shine with an energetic flow. Not many artists are able to match the feel of their live shows on a recorded track, but you mentally get the image of Jenkins bouncing around while delivering these verses, full of pride of bars, including those surrounding his heritage.
