AUDIO: Defcee and knowsthetime – “Summer Courses”
Defcee is back with a major new EP, “Summer Courses”. Produced by knowsthetime, this is a stellar five-song collection of top notch hip hop from the artist who now calls northern Illinois home, with tracks that are guaranteed to get heads nodding. With SAFS Crew ties, there’s a local feel to the project as well, including a feature from RTystic on opener “Bottle Service”. In many ways, there’s also the feeling of a cypher, with a rotating cast of emcees getting featured verses on all of the tracks. It blends together incredibly well, though, and “Summer Courses” should be mandatory listening to any hip hop fan. Check out the EP below:
