Dres has made his presence in Milwaukee’s hip hop scene, leaning towards the pop side of contemporary hip hop, and making club friendly music with his latest releases. Today he dropped “Countin’ Racks”, another up-tempo track that checks all the boxes for an industry standard pop-trap release. The beat brings plenty of bounce, and Dres has an unrelenting swagger about himself that comes out in his effect-assisted delivery on the track. “Countin’ Racks” is a track that should move the needle for Dres, who has several singles under his belt in a similar vein, and has made uptempo swagger his calling card by this point.
