Milwaukee emcee Taks One puts a lot on the table with his latest single, “Slow Burn”. Armed with some smooth, jazz-sampled production, he addresses his personal situation on the new track, with dark, yet honest lyrics. The reality of being stressed out is ugly to hear about, and Taks doesn’t hold back, talking about addictions and other coping mechanisms within the course of the song, all the while managing to still showcase his natural delivery on the microphone as well.
