As an artist, Milwaukee native Hakeem Paragon had some things to prove going into the release of his latest, “No Heaven For Heathens”. He did that and then some on the project, which features seven tracks of determined, poised hip hop. With some top notch production, Paragon puts some serious energy into his craft, and it shows with a swagger-filled flow. He also puts the spotlight on himself for most of the project, with the only feature coming from Sharrod Sloans on “Veggies / Delilah’s Money”, a track that feels fitting for his presence. This is definitely a standout project for Hakeem Paragon, and hopefully will elevate his name within the city. Check out “No Heaven For Heathens” below:
