You may know Camb best as the man behind many of your favorite local artist’s tracks, but he is definitely poised for big things, and you can hear that on his latest, “Stay Down.” The Vogel Park crooner is part hip hop, part R&B, and you can get the best of both worlds on the new song. The track deals with keeping a significant other while dealing with financial struggles, and an ambition for better things. With lines about splurging by going to Applebee’s, you get the wit of Camb’s songwriting on this track. His delivery, and ability to switch to a melodic flow, are what make the track.
