The digital landscape has changed music in many ways, but also impacts the way that artists are able to be creative in releasing their music. One example of that is Rich P.’s latest project, “The Freetape”, an ever-expanding playlist of loose drops that come together to form a cohesive project. In just over the last two weeks, Rich P. has dropped nine tracks, each becoming the newest addition to “The Freetape”. With features from J.O.S.E., Rockz, Taiyamo Denku, Hektik, and Tr3y so far, there’s already a tapestry of local sounds coming together to make this release what it is.
