Nile has been making waves in the past few months, creating a reputation for his energetic live show. On his latest, “Post-Modern Abyss”, he is able to channel that energy and put it down into a recording, with a four-track EP that brings the best out of his sound. In many ways, the Phat Nerdz emcee is still finding his voice, as this collaboration with producer/emcee Weekend Neely takes a more experimental tone to it, but even over the course of the project, you can hear the growth from Nile. It’s been a strong end of 2018 for Nile, and we’re eagerly anticipating a breakout in 2019. Check out “Post-Modern Abyss” below:
