It’s an exciting time for Being As An Ocean. The band just announced a vinyl reissue of their 2017 independent album, “Waiting For Morning To Come” as well as a fall headlining tour with Counterparts. Last Friday also marked the release of their new video for “Know My Name”, one of three new songs on the vinyl edition. The track definitely still lives in the post-hardcore realm, but there’s some crossover appeal to its sound that could propel the band even further if it receives some radio airplay. The accompanying Brume-directed video is wonderfully shot, and you can see where Being As An Ocean are headed based on their recent momentum. Check out the video for “Know My Name” below:
