While many artists are looking to make a name for themselves within the Milwaukee hip hop scene with high energy tracks about the street life, a smaller segment are looking to do something truly different to stand out with their sound. That’s where artists like Vel Thee Jeweler come into play. With a couple of years of rapping under his belt, Vel isn’t hopping on trends with his tracks, including his latest, “Supplier”. With smooth production, and a calm demeanor on the microphone, he creates what he calls “morning music” on this release, with a motivating feel to it.
