King Myles continues to put out content this summer, with his latest visual for “Shipwrecked”. The Hiii Tribe leader can definitely craft a song beyond just rapping, as you can hear by the hook that is destined to get stuck in your head. The Famous Motion & Photography directed-video also pushes things creatively, with Myles literally on an island all his own. The bars are deep, and the slapping production conjures up thoughts of backpack hip hop, which gets a shout-out in the form of Madlib and J-Dilla references in the verses of the song. “Shipwrecked” is a strong look overall, and another piece of quality material from Hiii Tribe.
