After a fair amount of singles in advance of the project, Bili Ro$e’s “Paradise Lost” is finally available. In today’s world of emotionally conscious rap, the album fits well, with tracks detailing Ro$e’s own personal struggle and the process to overcome it. There are, however, many facets to the project, including a feature from Yo-Dot on “Along The Way”, as well as the turn-up ready “Hardcore Water Whippin'”. In the time since he’s come onto the local hip hop scene, Bili Ro$e has impressed with the quality of his content, and is certainly a name to watch as the next generation of Milwaukee artists make their way to the forefront.
