Sometimes, a song is just undeniably cool. That’s the feeling that you get from L.A.-based producer Grey Goon and vocalist Lauren Ruth Ward, “I Don’t Believe In The Sun”. The song should, in theory, be depressing, but carries itself with a bit of brightness, thanks to a colorful beat courtesy of Grey Goon. There’s a bit of popiness to it, but they smooth, laid back feel that you get from the track ultimately works as a canvas for heartfelt vocals from Ward. No word on if we’re getting more from the pair soon, but this is definitely enough to make you want a full project. Check out the track below:
