AUDIO: Lorde Fredd33 – “NORF: The Legend of Hotboy Ronald”
One of the most anticipated releases on the Milwaukee music calendar dropped this week, as Lorde Fredd33 put out “NORF: The Legend of Hotboy Ronald” on Thursday. Teasers to the album have been sprinkled around if you follow Fredd33’s work, as opener “Sanctified” received the visual treatment, and the follow up “Need A Lick (Child Support)” was performed in a modified way at New Age Narcissism’s Arte Para Todos set at The Back Room at Colectivo. The majority of this project is completely new, though, and there’s plenty of interesting points throughout. Features from WebsterX, Zed Kenzo, Kane, and Lex Allen form a veritable showcase for the experimental side of hip hop in Milwaukee. Fredd33 himself doesn’t disappoint either, commanding the spotlight on his solo tracks, as well.
