Over the past few years, Kane has quietly carved his own lane in Milwaukee hip hop. That progression, however, is seen on his new EP, “korrUPT.”, which came out earlier this week. Taking a trap delivery and applying it to more complex production, largely courtesy of producer (c.), there’s still the ability to turn up, but it feels like more of a sophisticated turn up with this project. With all five tracks clocking in at under ten minutes total, this EP is a divergence of sorts; an escape down the weird, unique path that Kane is on. Check out “korrUPT.” for yourself below:
